Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a mining camp, responsible for supporting dish preparation, cleaning, supply organization, and compliance with regulations. We are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for a mining camp. POSITION: KITCHEN ASSISTANT Operation: Suches Location: Moquegua – bordering Puno Altitude: 4,800 m.a.s.l. Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off Inclusion in payroll under the General Regime Compensation: * Base salary: S/ 1,700 * Mobility bonus: S/ 100 Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant in mining camps. * Availability to work at high altitude and under mining work conditions. * Valid health certificate. * Valid police, criminal, and judicial background checks. * Residence in Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, Puno, or Juliaca. Main Responsibilities: * Assistance in preparing dishes and side dishes. * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area and utensils. * Inventory control and organization of supplies and storage areas. * Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. * Safe use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
