Safety Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed engineer to supervise and coordinate safety and health activities on projects, train personnel, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in projects, preferably in mining 2. Supervision and implementation of the OSH Plan 3. Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) REQUIREMENTS: · Licensed Electrical, Mining, Chemical, or related Engineer, duly registered and authorized · Project experience (preferably in mining) · Knowledge of safety and OSH regulations · Planning and coordination of fieldwork · Familiarity with mining sector procedures RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise implementation of the OSH Plan · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts · Training (safety talks and workshops) · Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) · Knowledge of current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM) · Monitoring of PPE usage and safe working conditions · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
