Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise construction works, control costs, ensure safety, develop business plans, formulate marketing strategies, and manage municipal procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise multifamily residential real estate projects 2. Develop sales and marketing strategies for projects 3. Manage municipal procedures and obtain permits **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the progress of assigned construction works, ensuring the sale of corresponding lots for each project. Control costs to maximize project profitability. Ensure site safety and adherence to delivery deadlines. Develop business plans for each property, considering technical, financial, and commercial variables. Develop sales and marketing strategies to promote the developed real estate project. Analyze advertising campaign performance, manage the marketing budget, and ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity. Analyze trends in the real estate market and competition. Organize the work of the team under supervision and anticipate potential issues. Monitor and control municipal procedures and obtain various permits required for project development. Manage procedures related to electricity, water, sanitation, stormwater drainage, sidewalks, and internal roads. Submit periodic reports and updates to the investment committee. Identify and justify potential investment options for similar projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Academic background: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate projects and construction management, with emphasis on multifamily residential buildings or real estate developments. Knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards.
