Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with standards and objectives in the energy sector. Key Highlights: 1. Learn about the challenges awaiting you as a Project Manager at Nazca Energy.** Main job challenges: Manage the company’s strategic and operational projects, ensuring their execution within established timelines, coordinating with various internal departments, and promptly identifying potential bottlenecks or risks affecting objective achievement. Define, structure, and supervise operational and technical requirements for implementing process improvements, energy projects, and specialized services, conducting continuous follow-up until proper execution and closure. Ensure assignment of responsible individuals (owners) for each project, promoting alternative plans when delays or deviations from established deadlines are identified. Guarantee that the company’s operational and administrative processes comply with internal standards, safety regulations, contractual guidelines, and requirements from mining, industrial, and energy sector clients. Monitor operational contingencies, project deviations, technical or contractual observations, proposing preventive action plans to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks. Design management reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking dashboards for senior management, facilitating strategic decision-making. Participate in internal audits, operational reviews, and continuous improvement processes to strengthen service efficiency and quality. Participate in the economic and technical evaluation of projects, justifying associated costs, resources, and risks. Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, safety, and client departments to ensure efficient execution of assigned services and projects. Other duties as assigned by management or supervisors according to company needs. Candidate Requirements Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of risk management, process control, and continuous improvement. Experience in project management, monitoring, and control in roles such as Project Manager, PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar positions. Desirable experience in energy, mining, industrial maintenance, or specialized service companies. Knowledge of preparing management reports and performance indicators. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in roles related to project management and information analysis. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
