Opportunity to contribute to safety and well-being We are a Project Management company seeking a professional with experience as Field Manager / Technical Office Manager. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes outlined in the construction manual. **Requirements:** * University graduate and/or licensed Civil Engineer with over 7 years of experience. * Minimum 7 years of experience supervising and controlling retail projects (Mandatory) * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to construction and projects in the area of responsibility * AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, cost control, and budgeting * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Residence in Ica, Nazca, Lambayeque, or Lima **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for controlling measurements, valuations, and project costs. * Review and validate information submitted by all contractors, ensuring consistency with drawings and technical specifications. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. * Ensure all installations comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. * Prepare periodic progress reports on projects and propose solutions to potential issues. **What Do We Offer?** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the field of retail project supervision and management. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment contract with social benefits **(MYPE Regime)** * Opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
