Job Summary: Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for IT infrastructure projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and health standards, coordinating with clients and technical teams, developing plans, and managing preventive documentation. We require an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for Information Technology (IT) infrastructure projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards during field activities. The specialist will coordinate with clients and technical teams to establish safe working conditions, develop work plans, and manage all necessary preventive documentation. Requirements: * Academic qualifications: o University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. o Specialization, certification, or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Work experience: o Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist or OSH Supervisor in technological infrastructure, telecommunications, electrical installations, or related projects. o Experience in direct client coordination and planning of safe field activities. o Knowledge of and ability to apply national safety regulations (OSH laws), technical standards, and safe work protocols. * Other requirements: o Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PDF) for report writing and document management. o Ability to travel to various work locations as required by the project. o Strong communication skills, essential for effective interaction with both technical staff and clients. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate with clients and technical teams regarding field activities, ensuring they are carried out under safe and controlled conditions. * Develop the risk prevention work plan based on the project scope, considering schedule, resources, identified risks, and control measures. * Conduct safety inductions for personnel participating in the project. * Verify implementation of personal protective equipment (PPE), signage, tools, and appropriate working conditions. * Manage and maintain up-to-date all safety documentation: IPERC, ATS, work permits, inspection reports, among others. * Supervise field work execution, correct deviations, and report incidents or unsafe conditions. * Participate in operational and safety meetings with clients and other stakeholders. * Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement throughout project execution.
