Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a project in San Borja, responsible for implementing and updating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSSOMA), coordinating safety activities, and preparing procedures and reports. Be part of a company with an empowering work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professionals: Degrees in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, plus a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (SST) from a university. * Registered and licensed with the corresponding professional association. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an SSOMA Supervisor on construction and electrical installation projects. * Knowledge of current occupational safety legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement the SGSSOMA. * Update the Project’s emergency plans. * Coordinate with the client. * Develop occupational health and safety procedures. * Identify, interpret, and keep up-to-date legal requirements, standards, and regulations related to occupational safety, in coordination with the SSOMA Management Department. * Complete and maintain updated and properly archived records. * Monitor correct use and application of safety forms. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and comprehensive safety reports. * Ensure compliance on-site or during service delivery with all safety measures and procedures established in applicable regulations. * Lead safety training sessions and safety talks. * Report to the Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and SSOMA Manager any situation that may endanger worker, material, or equipment safety at the assigned site or service. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary paid via payroll, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay, social security, mandatory life insurance, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunity for growth and development. * Profit-sharing.
