Job Summary:
A leading construction company is seeking a Planner Engineer to control and monitor civil and mechanical-metallic construction projects, update schedules, and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities:

**PLANNER ENGINEER**
(CIVIL CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL-METALLIC)
A prominent national construction company executing large-scale civil and structural steel projects requires a **PLANNER ENGINEER**.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Licensed and registered Civil Engineer.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and mechanical-metallic construction projects.
* Proficiency in BIM methodology.
* Advanced proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Schedule control and monitoring.
* Procurement control and monitoring (resources, materials, subcontractors).
* Updating Project Schedule (for client and internal use).
* Preparation and updating of reporting deliverables (LAH 4WEEK, PPC, Constraints, among others).
* Control of labor hours, equipment, and productivity.
* Presentation and participation in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Risk identification and assessment; issuance of early warnings.
* Development of project dashboards.
