




Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift IT Infrastructure Operator to ensure operational continuity and availability of critical services through monitoring, incident response, and coordination. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operator to ensure the operational continuity of our technology platform during the night shift. You will be responsible for monitoring servers, services, databases, and infrastructure; responding to incidents; executing operational tasks; and coordinating timely escalations to guarantee the availability of business-critical services. You will work collaboratively with Infrastructure, Support, Development, QA, Cybersecurity teams, and technology vendors, participating in monitoring activities, technical validations, maintenance execution, backup management, and operational documentation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, NOC, infrastructure support, or similar roles. Technical graduate, bachelor's degree, or professional in Systems Engineering, Networks and Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in monitoring servers, services, operating systems, and databases. Experience in handling and escalating infrastructure incidents. Knowledge of Windows Server (IIS, DNS, Active Directory) and Linux (Ubuntu or other distributions). Experience with virtualization tools (VMware) and monitoring tools (PRTG or similar). Knowledge of Docker and automation via scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar). Basic knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL databases. Knowledge of backup administration and information recovery. Knowledge of networking, DNS, SSL certificates, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). **Preferred qualifications include:** Knowledge of cybersecurity (Firewall, WAF, ISO 27001\). ITIL certification or knowledge. Technical English. Programming knowledge and CI/CD processes. Experience in the Telecommunications sector.
