Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Spring Boot Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications, working with microservices, REST APIs, and agile methodologies. Opportunity for learning and professional development We are looking for a passionate Java Spring Boot Backend Developer focused on building scalable and high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications, participating in the construction of microservices, system integration, and development of REST APIs that support critical business processes. You will work in a collaborative environment, applying best development practices, agile methodologies, and modern tools to ensure software quality, security, and maintainability. We seek a candidate with solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot, oriented toward problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We have a technical team that supports our clients from analysis through final project implementation. Requirements Proven experience in software development using Java as the primary language. Experience developing backend applications with Spring Boot. Experience designing and implementing microservices. Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services. Experience integrating systems and consuming REST services. Proficiency with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. Knowledge of Git for version control. Understanding of development best practices, including Clean Code, unit testing, and technical documentation. Ability to perform technical analysis, resolve incidents, and optimize solutions. Basic knowledge of CI/CD, pipelines, and deployment processes. **Additional qualifications (preferred):** Experience developing with PHP. Knowledge of SQL Server. Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. **Competencies:** Teamwork and collaboration. Proactivity and results orientation. Effective communication. Capacity for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. **Important:** This position requires solid and demonstrable experience in Java with Spring Boot as the primary technology stack. PHP experience will be considered an added advantage but does not substitute the required Java Spring Boot expertise.
