Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to facilitate refinement meetings, prepare and execute test cases, and provide post-production support for developments, ensuring quality and applying agile methodologies. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Facilitate Project Refinement meetings, supporting the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in addressing MVPs according to guidelines defined by SDA and CEA. * Receive the project scope transferred from refinement to register commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter. * Prepare, execute, and document test cases according to functional and technical project requirements, and provide support for production deployment of developed components. * Provide post-production support for deployed developments. * Develop manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared with other teams. * Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory, supporting project development under standards and guidelines that ensure high-quality deliverables. * Adhere to the agile framework in project development, promoting agile principles and values within the team. * Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development. * Support communication of key project activities requiring cross-team coordination. * Participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring Reliability teams' expertise.
