Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee compliance with health regulations and quality standards at food service sites, train staff, and manage quality indicators. A leading food concessionaire with over 10 years of experience providing food services to hospital networks is currently seeking: **QUALITY SUPERVISOR** Work Location: Sabogal Network sites, Rebagliati Network sites, MINSA facilities, and other service units. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday or Monday (as scheduled) Requirements: * Professional or Bachelor’s degree in Food Industry Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality supervision within food concessionaires, hospitals, clinics, or collective catering services. * Knowledge of GMP, PHA, HACCP, current health regulations, and quality control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with health regulations and quality standards across various sites. * Inspect storage areas, refrigeration and freezing chambers, as well as correct implementation of the FIFO system. * Train staff on quality and food safety topics. * Develop training materials, assessments, and supervision reports. * Supervise operational processes and implement corrective actions on-site. * Monitor GMP and PHA records at service units. * Track health certificates, medical fitness certificates, and supplier documentation. * Manage quality indicators and update system forms. * Evaluate performance of operational and warehouse staff. * Support receiving and sampling activities when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
