Opportunity for professional growth in high-impact projects At **Protiviti Peru**, a global consulting firm present in over 30 countries, we are looking for a **Junior Functional Analyst** who wishes to develop their career by participating in analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation projects. We seek professionals with an interest in understanding business needs, translating them into functional solutions, and working closely with users and technical teams to contribute to the success of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for? * Technical or university graduate in Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar positions. * Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. * Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD). * Experience preparing user manuals and technical documentation. * Knowledge of Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling, Object-Oriented Design, and UML. * Experience in process modeling and documentation using BPMN. * Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills when working with users and technical teams. Main Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements. * Prepare functional specifications and use cases. * Document business processes using diagrams, flows, and models. * Prepare user manuals and technical documentation. * Support data modeling and functional solution design. * Coordinate with users and development teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements. * Participate in functional validations and deliverable tracking. Conditions * Hybrid work mode (minimum attendance of 3 days per week). * Work location: San Borja or Callao Plant, depending on project needs. * 6-month contract with possible extension. * Estimated start date: Second half of July.
