Job Summary: Bitel, part of the international Viettel Group, is seeking an External Communications Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives, events, and brand activations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for national-level CSR initiatives and corporate events. 2. Collaboration in organizing award nominations and recognitions. 3. Creation of creative content for various communication campaigns. Bitel, a leading telecommunications company and part of the international Viettel Group, is seeking an External Communications Intern to join our Marketing team. Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of national-level CSR initiatives, sponsorship activities, corporate events, and brand activations. Collaborate in organizing and tracking corporate award nominations, industry recognitions, and communication-related contests. Create creative content and communication materials for CSR campaigns, events, sponsorships, public relations initiatives, and brand activities. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, NGOs, media outlets, partners, and internal teams for communication and event activities. Provide operational and administrative support during events, sponsorship activations, CSR campaigns, and media-related activities. Support the External Communications team in preparing reports, presentations, databases, media monitoring, and daily communication tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder, recent graduate, or university student majoring in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. 6 months of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, events, or content creation. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace. Intermediate English proficiency.
