Professional learning and growth pathway **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **GRUPO JJD E.I.R.L.** We are currently looking for: **Graduate or Bachelor's Degree holder in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering** **Work Location:** Salt Mine (Halite) – Guadalupito, Chimbote. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor's Degree holder in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering. * Prior work experience is not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of open-pit mining and extraction processes is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or QGIS is desirable (not mandatory). * Willingness to reside and work in Guadalupito – Chimbote. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. * Capacity for learning, initiative, responsibility, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Support supervision activities for halite (salt) extraction operations. * Assist in production control and monitoring. * Participate in field data collection. * Prepare reports and technical documents. * Support compliance with operational, safety, and environmental procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer** * Opportunity to start and develop your professional career in the mining sector. * Continuous training and mentoring. * Excellent working environment. * Professional learning and growth pathway. * Hiring modality tailored to the candidate’s profile. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
