We are more than a company—we are a community of creative and passionate professionals striving toward a shared vision: revolutionizing how the mining industry operates. ### **Job Purpose** Support and provide basic assistance on the use of Modular products, contributing to the proper operation of applications through handling inquiries, functional guidance, and incident tracking. ### **Travel Requirements** None ### **Job Duties and Responsibilities** * System installation and configuration support: client installation, basic configuration, post-installation validations. * Modular ecosystem tool support: client installation, form updates, functional validations, environment preparation. * First-level technical support: handling basic incidents, ticket escalation and tracking. * Information gathering: participate in meetings, document requirements, and prepare meeting minutes—without defining the technical solution. * Preparation and basic configuration of devices (laptops, PTX, tablets, peripherals) for testing or deployments. ### **Required Skills** * Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows 2012\.
