Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Technician to ensure optimal operation of equipment at a gold processing plant by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical systems A mining company located in Arequipa, Caraveli is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Certified or graduated Technician in Maintenance Mechanics or related field. 2\. Experience in gold processing mining operations. 3\. Immediate availability to work in Arequipa, Caraveli. 4\. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Carry out assigned preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. 2\. Execute tasks assigned as needed, according to the preventive maintenance schedule and improvement projects. 3\. Maintain gold plant equipment in efficient operating condition. 4\. Request equipment and/or materials necessary for proper operation of company machinery. 5\. Timely request spare parts and accessories. 6\. Provide support or assistance to field equipment (ball mill, gear reducers, pumps in general, conveyor belts, cone crushers, jaw crushers, vibrating screens). 7\. Keep the workshop clean and in good condition. 8\. Report on machinery status and spare parts requirements according to schematics. 9\. The plant equipment mechanic is responsible for any loss of tools or machine accessories. 10\. Evaluate and diagnose transmission systems and other mechanisms. 11\. Perform periodic maintenance and lubrication of all plant equipment. 12\. Assist in assembly and disassembly of machine components. 13\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence. 14\. Repair ball mills, including bushing lining, seating, and alignment. 15\. Knowledge of metrology instruments: dial indicators, external and internal micrometers. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
