Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented person **EXTRUSION OPERATOR** **Requirements** * Completed technical studies in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Production, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating extrusion machines in industrial plants (preferably plastics). * Basic knowledge of process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed). * Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). * Residency in the city of Trujillo. * Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented person. **Job Objective** Operate and control the extrusion process to ensure production continuity and final product quality, complying with the company's established safety, quality, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the extrusion machine while monitoring process parameters. * Verify sheet quality during production to ensure compliance with specifications. * Timely supply of raw materials to the production line. * Perform basic adjustments to guarantee proper operation and process continuity. * Identify and report malfunctions, deviations, or operational incidents. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety, quality, and proper PPE usage standards. * Record production data and complete operational reports promptly. **Benefits** * Payroll registration – General Regime. * Meal allowance covered.
