Key Job Details * **Position:** Operations Analyst * **Location:** Surquillo, Lima * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday – rotating shift * **Compensation:** Competitive salary * **Department:** Operations – INWAY Division Essential Requirements Academic Background * Completed or final-cycle technical or university degree in: * Administration * Industrial Engineering * Transportation Engineering * Logistics * Business Administration * Related fields. Experience * Minimum **3 months of experience** in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, fleet management, or service coordination. * Preferred experience in **vehicle roadside assistance, transportation, fleet management, control tower operations, or field service delivery**. Main Responsibilities * Register, validate, and update service information in **Excel and internal platforms**. * Generate **daily, weekly, and monthly service reports** by employee, client, service type, unit, zone, date, and time. * Develop and monitor **KPIs for productivity, response times, compliance, and operational efficiency**. * Prepare reports on **services executed, pending, canceled, and billable**. * Support **service billing and invoicing**, verifying quantities, rates, and supporting documentation. * Analyze productivity **by employee, client, and service**, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Create **pivot tables, dashboards, and Excel reports** for the Operations Manager. * Reconcile data across **services performed, recorded, and billed**, detecting inconsistencies. * Maintain updated databases and generate information for **operational decision-making**. * Propose improvements to **operational data control, processing, and analysis**.
