Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** Mission: Ensure execution and continuous improvement of processes, meeting defined and committed quality and productivity standards, and generating high-value analytics for the Business. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the co-creation of analytics and reports for business areas. * Coordinate and track information and tool requests directed to Finance and the Bank’s Incentive Areas. * Coordinate the design and implementation of target distribution models aligned with the business scope and product. * Coordinate and design automation of reporting for tracking results and productivity. * Ensure delivery of deliverables under their responsibility. * Address internal audit and internal control requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A postgraduate degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) is highly desirable. * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, or similar roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector. * Solid experience in developing and managing complex financial models. * Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and office software (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint). * Advanced English language proficiency **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
