Job Summary: A leading Fintech is seeking an FX Sales Trader Middle to manage a client portfolio, drive business growth through foreign exchange advisory services, and execute FX transactions efficiently. Conduct foreign exchange market analysis to advise clients. **FX SALES TRADER MIDDLE** **Location:** Lima – Hybrid model **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Position Type:** Full-time – Permanent **Employment Regime:** Payroll under **MYPE** **Salary Range:** PEN 5,000 to PEN 9,000 \+ attractive variable compensation scheme **About the Role** A high-growth Fintech is currently seeking an **FX Sales Trader Middle** to manage an active client portfolio and accelerate business growth through specialized foreign exchange advisory services, strategic negotiations, and efficient FX transaction execution. We seek a commercially oriented professional with experience in the foreign exchange market and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and retain a proprietary portfolio of corporate clients. * Prospect new commercial opportunities to increase transaction volume. * Execute FX transactions ensuring profitability and competitive pricing. * Analyze the foreign exchange market and macroeconomic variables to provide strategic advice to clients. * Identify business opportunities and maximize commercial recurrence. * Coordinate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience. * Achieve gross profit and monthly volume targets. **Requirements** * University degree in **Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in FX Sales, dealing rooms, treasury, or financial products. * Possession of a **retained, proprietary client portfolio**. * Solid understanding of the foreign exchange market and currencies. * Knowledge of **SPOT trading (USD–PEN)**. * Desired experience with **Datatec, Bloomberg, or other financial tools**. * Analytical, commercially driven, and results-oriented profile. **What We Offer** * Immediate payroll enrollment upon joining. * Attractive fixed \+ variable compensation package. * Pacífico Health Insurance (EPS). * Telemedicine service for employees and their family members. * Educational and corporate partnership agreements. * Career development path and professional growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
