As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to financial planning and control, transforming complex data into strategic reports, and creating predictive and automated models that support profitability and achievement of business objectives. ### **What will you do?** * Participate in financial analysis, rolling forecast preparation, and budgeting. * Prepare and present high-impact executive reports to facilitate strategic decision-making. * Develop advanced financial models in Excel for deployment and tracking of the budget plan. * Analyze commercial team sales performance and commission plan adherence. * Proactively and dynamically identify variances against plan across key business drivers. * Perform analysis, reconciliations, and monthly close reporting, as well as timely and accurate data loading into Oracle Essbase. * Automate and improve financial and administrative control processes to increase departmental efficiency and effectiveness. ### **What experience do you need?** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * +3 years of experience in the financial sector or Information Technology (IT). * +3 years of experience handling data. * Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides). * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Proficiency in preparing corporate reports (budget, forecast, monthly closings). ### **What could set you apart?** * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. * Knowledge of AI.
