Analysis of information for decision-making **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support to the HR Business Partner in managing people, KPIs, and Human Resources processes for business units. * Provide support to the HR Business Partner in managing assigned business units. * Support vacation, rotation, and performance evaluation processes. * Develop and monitor Human Resources KPIs and reports. * Analyze information to support business decision-making. * Coordinate with leaders and internal clients to track Human Resources management processes. * Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at continuously improving departmental processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HRBP, Culture, or Organizational Development. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. * Experience in Human Resources metrics (KPIs) is desirable. * Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) is desirable. * Intermediate English (desirable).
