What will you do? * Lead and develop field sales teams. * Drive the placement of Business Banking products. * Conduct daily performance tracking and goal attainment monitoring. * Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. * Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Banking Supervisor in the financial sector. * Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans, payroll discount financing, Business Banking, MYPE, and PYME products. * Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. * Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Availability for hybrid work (field and office). * Personal laptop and internet access.
