**Job Description**
At **Cime Ingenieros S.R.L.**, a company specializing in civil construction and electromechanical installations, we are seeking an **SSOMA Specialist** with experience in the **hydrocarbons** sector to plan, coordinate, and simultaneously supervise safety management across the company's various projects.
**Requirements**
* Degree-holding and registered professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields.
* Courses in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
* University-level Diploma or Specialization in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in SSOMA coordination or SSOMA supervision roles within the Hydrocarbons and Metallurgical-Mechanical sectors.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its complementary regulations.
* Knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\.
* Experience in audits, document management, and performance indicators.
* Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, PETS, and safety procedures.
* Familiarity with OSINERGMIN regulations and hydrocarbons-sector standards.
* Willingness to work on-site or in field operations.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and support SSOMA Supervisors across different projects, ensuring compliance with corporate and client standards.
* Supervise compliance with SSOMA requirements across projects, workshops, and administrative offices.
* Manage personnel requirements, authorizations, trainings, and inductions.
* Develop, update, and control SSOMA Management System documentation (IPERC, procedures, matrices, plans, and programs).
* Monitor implementation of the SSOMA Plan, SSOMA Program, Annual Training Program, and management indicators.
* Consolidate and submit SSOMA reports, statistics, and reports to management and clients.
* Manage identification and closure of observations, findings, incidents, and corrective actions.
* Coordinate internal, external, and client audits, as well as maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\ certifications.
* Provide technical advisory services to operational and administrative departments on SSOMA matters.
* Maintain continuous coordination with Operations, Human Resources, Logistics, Management, and clients to ensure compliance with SSOMA requirements.
