Position Summary: We are seeking creative and dynamic Marketing personnel to produce digital content, manage social media accounts, host live streams, and analyze performance results. Key Highlights: 1. Video editing experience (CapCut) and design skills (Canva Pro, Illustrator) 2. Ability to create content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook 3. Capability to host live streams and interact with the audience We are currently looking for **Marketing Personnel** available immediately for **FULL-TIME** employment. ***Candidate Profile:*** * **Age:** 20 to 26 years old. * Proven experience with video editing tools such as **CapCut**, and design platforms like **Canva Pro** and **Illustrator** (intermediate level), plus excellent on-camera presence, fluency, and confidence. * Experience creating videos, photographs, and content pieces for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. * Ensure timely delivery of sales department–planned content within established deadlines. * Design and present a monthly content proposal aligned with the company’s business and communication objectives. * Host live streams to showcase products, engage with the audience, and drive sales. * Basic knowledge of website administration and management; experience with platforms such as **Hostinger** is preferred. * Clearly, persuasively, and dynamically communicate product benefits and features. * Respond to inquiries and maintain active interaction with users during live streams. * Analyze published content performance and propose improvements to optimize results. * Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and sales. * Assist in developing graphic assets and promotional materials. **MUST-HAVE**: On-camera presence, verbal fluency, and self-confidence. Basic or intermediate graphic design knowledge will be valued. Creativity, initiative, and ability to propose new ideas. Organization, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
