We are a Peruvian company with over 25 years of market experience, and we are currently seeking a **Selection Assistant** to join our Human Resources team. ✅ Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection processes. * Experience in recruiting operational staff and mass hiring processes. * Proficiency in job boards and various recruitment sources. * Knowledge of HR Management Systems (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos. Main Responsibilities * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings and conduct resume screening. * Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments. * Manage field recruitment campaigns and diverse candidate sourcing channels. * Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. * Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files. * Administer the candidate database and generate departmental metrics. * Support workplace climate initiatives and other duties inherent to the position.
