Currently, we provide enterprise and individual product sales services for Banco BCP; therefore, we are looking for Personal Banking Supervisors – Credit Agreements (Marina, PNP, and Peruvian Army) who wish to lead high-performance teams in (PLAZA). Your main challenge: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales advisors (personal loans). Ensure weekly and monthly commercial target achievement. Accompany your team in the field and in the office to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Monitor the management of assigned databases and proper implementation of internal processes. Generate progress reports and strategies to optimize results. Knowledge of credit placement and banking processes. Ability to train and instruct a team on products and required procedures. Leadership ability, team motivation, and results orientation. Strong interpersonal relationship management and conflict resolution skills. Availability to perform hybrid work: field activities and database management. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
