Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring warehouse order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Career path opportunities and training **COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN THE ELECTRICAL SECTOR IS SEEKING A WAREHOUSE OPERATOR \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL / CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 3 months of experience.** * **Experience in warehousing or related areas.** * **Basic knowledge of dispatch (not mandatory).** * **Organized, orderly, and disciplined.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle order receipt. * Maintain and respect merchandise location within the warehouse. * Pick merchandise according to released Sales Orders. * Pack, package, mark, and label merchandise for distribution. * Maintain good condition and availability of materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness within the warehouse. * Deliver merchandise to store customers. * Supplier coordination (merchandise receipt, returns), storage, picking, and verification of merchandise. * Fulfill daily task schedules assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. * Support cyclic inventory counts. * Execute merchandise dispatch according to the route sheet. **BENEFITS:** * **Salary: S/ 1300 \+ productivity bonuses; formal employment with all statutory benefits, including profit sharing, CTS, biannual bonuses, EsSalud, vacation, and family allowance.** * **Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM.
