At **Aimo Food Delivery**, we seek individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer orientation to join our telephone support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers of major poultry chains and restaurants in Lima, assisting them in efficiently, courteously, and promptly managing their orders and inquiries. **What will you do in this role?** * Answer customer calls and provide courteous, high-quality service. * Register orders in the system, verifying products, delivery address, and delivery details. * Resolve inquiries and provide information regarding orders and services. * Handle basic incidents and perform appropriate follow-up. * Keep information updated on work platforms. * Contribute to meeting customer service and satisfaction metrics. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or similar roles. * Excellent verbal communication and clear diction. * Service orientation and dedication to customer care. * Ability to resolve situations quickly and effectively. * Basic proficiency with digital tools and web navigation. **Essential Technical Requirements** * Laptop or PC with an Intel i3 processor or higher. * Minimum 8 GB RAM. * Stable internet connection via wired Ethernet. * Functional headphones with microphone. **Work Schedule** * Hybrid work modality. * 5 working days per week. * 2 rest days between Monday and Thursday. **Regular Working Hours:** * 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Sundays:** 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (split shift) **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 565\. * Commissions based on performance metric achievement. * Ongoing training. * Excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking to supplement their income. * Opportunity for development and growth within an expanding technology company.
