A leading metal-mechanical company specializing in manufacturing mining ground support elements is seeking top talent to join our Operations team. **JOB OPENING**: Industrial Engineer \- Industrial Administrator **Job Mission** Lead plant production, optimize mechanical processes, and supervise operational personnel, ensuring the quality and safety standards required by the mining sector. Main Responsibilities * **Production Control:** Schedule and supervise **Production**, **Machining**, and **Pressing** lines for manufacturing **Split Set**, **Airbolt**, **PEX Plates**, **Arch Supports**, and **Corrugated Sheets**. * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate shifts, task assignments, attendance tracking, and timekeeping for technical and operational staff (welders, press operators, lathe operators). * **Waste and Inventory Control:** Monitor raw material stock (steel coils and beams), optimizing material usage to minimize waste. * **Quality Assurance:** Supervise that products meet dimensional tolerances and technical specifications required by mining units. Requirements and Technical Knowledge * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering**, **Industrial Administration**, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in metal-mechanical plants or heavy manufacturing machining shops. * **Software:** Intermediate–Advanced Excel (KPI and production control) and AutoCAD (reading and interpreting mechanical drawings). * **Regulations and Quality:** Knowledge of steel quality control, welding certification (**AWS standards**), and Industrial Safety regulations (Law No. 29783 / Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM) \- PREFERRED **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for professional growth within a solid, continuously expanding company in the mining/industrial sector. * Excellent work environment focused on efficiency and safety.
