




Job Summary: A fashion-passionate sales advisor dedicated to guiding customers through their purchasing journey, identifying their needs, and closing textile product sales. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Proactively approach customers and advise them during their in-store experience to achieve textile product sales (Ripley's own or third-party apparel brands). Receive, advise, and accompany customers throughout their purchasing process. Identify their needs and recommend appropriate products based on style, size, and preferences. Promote and close sales while meeting individual and/or team targets. Ensure attractive product displays. Requirements: Minimum 4 months of experience in face-to-face sales, customer service, apparel retail, or similar fields. Commitment, dynamism, agility, effective communication, persuasion skills, and customer-oriented service mindset. Skills: Customer orientation and goal-oriented performance. Availability to work rotating shifts. Working Conditions: Full-time: Weekly schedule of 46 hours. Full availability to rotate between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM. Rotating workdays: 5 days per week.
