Job Summary: We are seeking a Hardware Technician to provide technical support, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We offer outsourcing services from our remote facilities, including: Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services, among others. As a Hardware Technician, you will serve as the first-line support for all hardware-related issues. You will be responsible for maintaining IT equipment, ensuring proper asset labeling, monitoring inventory, and supporting deployment and repair activities across the organization. **Requirements:** * Experience in technical support or help desk (L1/L2\). * Basic knowledge of Windows operating system installation. * Familiarity with inventory tools (Ivanti or similar). * Knowledge of hardware maintenance tools. * Intermediate English (written and spoken) **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support and diagnose issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, UPS units, and peripherals; perform repairs and component replacements as needed. * Install, configure, and prepare new equipment for end users, ensuring compatibility with corporate systems and performing deployment activities such as OS installation and initial configurations. * Manage technology asset labeling and tracking, ensuring all devices are properly identified, registered in inventory, and assigned according to established procedures; coordinate with the inventory team regarding stock availability and inventory level monitoring. * Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic equipment inspections to proactively identify potential hardware failures and ensure devices remain in optimal working condition. * Manage incidents and service requests using IT service management tools such as Ivanti, maintaining accurate documentation, updating ticket statuses, and creating knowledge base articles to facilitate resolution of recurring issues. * Collaborate with internal teams including Help Desk, Inventory, and Procurement; escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or external vendors, coordinating warranty processes, repairs, and equipment replacements as required. * Support equipment return and redeployment (RTD) processes, hardware decommissioning, and replacement tracking, ensuring compliance with corporate asset labeling and device security policies. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one: CTS, bonuses, paid vacations, health insurance, family allowance (if applicable), and all legally mandated labor benefits. * Market-competitive salary * Attendance bonuses * Performance bonuses * Timely payments (biweekly and month-end) * Corporate benefits: gym access, health discounts (optometry, dentistry, psychology), educational partnerships, entertainment discounts (cinemas, parks, events), and food product benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Two fixed rest days per week. **Work Modality:** * Full-time, on-site work. * Location: Santiago de Surco, 5th block of Av.
