Excellent communication and customer service At Inducom, we are looking for new talents to join our team as **After-sales Service Technician.** **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in after-sales or **technical support** within the industrial sector. * Experience with **pumping systems, industrial gearboxes, and motors.** * Proficiency in **welding and assembling bases for pumping units.** * CRM proficiency: Experience with Odoo or other management systems (Desirable). **Skills:** * Ability to solve problems and handle customer complaints. * Excellent communication and customer service. * Customer satisfaction and loyalty orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics and repairs on industrial equipment such as pumps (of various types), electric motors, gearboxes, etc. * Coordinate with commercial and technical departments for after-sales service delivery. * Conduct technical visits when external support is required. * Issue technical reports covering diagnostics, repairs, and functional tests. * Manage tools and equipment assigned for personal use. * Assist in assembling and testing pumping units. * Record completed services, time spent, and technical observations in the CRM. * Coordinate with the warehouse department for pickup and return of equipment needed for repairs. * Maintain order in assigned work areas (office space / workshop space). * Use assigned company vehicles responsibly. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.** * Competitive market-based salary. * Commission opportunities. * Growth opportunities within a multinational company operating in 4 Latin American countries and the U.S., with expanding operations.
