What will be your mission? Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity, personnel safety, and compliance with quality, environmental, and industrial hygiene standards. What will you do? * Plan and supervise the maintenance team’s daily activities. * Coordinate the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. * Ensure equipment and facility availability and proper functionality. * Diagnose technical failures and efficiently coordinate their resolution. * Manage resources, tools, and spare parts required for interventions. * Supervise compliance with industrial safety procedures and environmental regulations. * Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare management reports. * Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, tracking, and control. * Coordinate with various production departments to minimize downtime. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes. What are we looking for? * Technical or professional education in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in similar roles. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in industrial plants. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience leading maintenance teams. * Proficiency in **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)**. * Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings. * Knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Prior experience as a **Boiler Operator** is desirable. * Familiarity with **electric forklifts** and **elevating work platforms** is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, effluent control, HACCP, and SANDACH regulations.
