Positive work environment **Maintenance Technician** A leading real estate company is seeking a **Maintenance Technician**. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Electrotechnology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. * Location: Magdalena/San Borja **Responsibilities:** * Perform operational repair and finishing tasks (plastering, painting, basic masonry, and surface repair) in apartments and common areas. * Conduct technical inspections prior to apartment handover. * Provide basic technical assistance and support to property owners during relocation or minor apartment modifications. * Perform minor corrective maintenance on building infrastructure. * Provide technical supervision and operational follow-up during scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (elevators, water pumps, electrical panels, etc.). * Configure and program time-based control devices (timers) for lighting and ventilation systems in basements and common areas. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration * Market-competitive salary * Continuous training * Professional development opportunity * Positive work environment Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance? * Do you hold a certificate from any course or training in preventive maintenance? * In which district do you currently reside? * What are your salary expectations?
