Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician or Technologist for preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment, technical support, inspections, and supplier supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment 2. Supervision and accompaniment of specialized suppliers 3. Diagnosis and technical support for complex systems Certified Technician or Technologist in industrial or civil engineering disciplines. Specialized Knowledge: Solid and specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Electrical systems (medium- and low-voltage systems, substations, UPS, generators). Civil works (repairs, modifications, painting, plumbing). HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, cooling towers). Hydraulic systems (pumps, piping, pressure systems) * **Experience:** + Experience accompanying specialized suppliers. + Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Accompany specialized suppliers to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. * **Supplier Supervision:** * **Inspection and Maintenance of Critical Equipment:** + Ability to restore system functionality during emergencies. + Perform daily inspections of critical equipment such as: - UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply systems). - Electrical generators. - Electrical substations. - Hydraulic systems. - Cooling towers. - Data centers. * **Diagnosis and Technical Support:** + In-depth understanding of equipment operation to provide effective technical support. + Ability to identify failures and diagnose issues in systems. * Execute corrective maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, and other general repairs. * **Corrective Maintenance:** * **Data Center and Critical Area Inspections:** + Conduct daily inspections in data centers and highly critical areas to ensure proper operation of all systems. **Skills and Competencies:** * **Technical Skills:** + Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams. + Knowledge of and proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment. * + Proficiency in office software applications * **Personal Skills:** + Problem-solving ability. + Attention to detail. + Ability to work under pressure. + Effective communication. + Teamwork capability. **Additional Considerations:** * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
