Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for fuel station construction projects, responsible for field supervision, process management, and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Customer qualification management and indicator compliance **BEGAS INGENIEROS S.A.C.** A company specialized in executing construction projects for liquid fuel, LPG, and CNG fuel stations; additionally, we provide services including project development, consulting, supervision, maintenance, and technical support. We are currently seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** \-Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. \-Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction/Hydrocarbons sector (calculated from graduation date and including duties as PDR or SSOMA Supervisor) \-Experience in field supervision of high-risk works. \-Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (120 hours) \-Knowledge of **IPERC, PETAR, and ATS**. \-Familiarity with ISO standards, OHSAS standards, and integrated management systems \-Training in supervision of high-risk works \-Willingness to travel \-Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** * Field work supervision * Manage and update customer qualification processes. * Maintain up-to-date occupational safety and health records. * Implement the annual occupational safety and health plan and program * Establish Safety Brigades and Site Committees * Monitor compliance with area indicators (KPIs) * Weekly reports / meetings with the client * Other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * · **S/ 3,000 to S/ 3,200**, based on profile evaluation. * General Labor Regime * ESSALUD, SCTR \+ Mandatory Life Insurance * Transportation \+ per diems Interested candidates must send a **DOCUMENTED CV** to: planilla@begasingenieros.com Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
