Requirements * Student pursuing **International Business Administration** at **SENATI**. * Knowledge of international trade, imports, and international logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Familiarity with tariff classification and import documentation is desirable. * Organized, responsible, proactive, and analytical. * Ability to work effectively in teams and orientation toward learning. Responsibilities * Provide support in tracking medical product import processes. * Coordinate and monitor purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers. * Record and maintain up-to-date international trade documentation. * Assist in cost management, quotations, and document control. * Prepare reports and indicators in Excel. * Support logistical coordination and product procurement. * Maintain updated supplier and operations databases. * Ensure **order and cleanliness in the work area**. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
