




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to organize and coordinate management meetings, manage their participation in events, and administer correspondence, documents, and expenses, providing operational support. Career path opportunities Requirements: § Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, International Business, or related fields. § Prior experience in this position is desirable (1 year). § Advanced English proficiency (MANDATORY). § Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, at our office in Miraflores. § Experience in International Business is desirable. § Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and precision in all tasks. § Advanced organizational and time-management skills. § Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Responsibilities: § Organize and coordinate management meetings, preparing the corresponding agenda. § Manage management’s participation in corporate events. § Control, record, receive, and respond to emails addressed to the company, as well as manage the company’s physical and/or digital documents. § Administer monthly expenses (petty cash). § Maintain management’s personal calendar and manage their personal itinerary. § Perform other duties assigned by management. § Provide operational support for imports and quotations.
