We invite you to join our team as: SECURITY OPERATOR C Requirements: \- Completed secondary education \- 1 year of experience in CCTV video surveillance Responsibilities: \- Monitor and track CCTV cameras at Claro's corporate headquarters. Coordinate access for technical staff attending equipment failures who must enter Claro locations and service centers. Receive calls to verify names, photo IDs, SCTR documentation, and other required validations for personnel entering the premises. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including descriptions of events, individuals involved, actions taken, and outcomes achieved. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7, 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1 day off). Overtime (up to 4 hours per day) is compensated additionally. Benefits: Join the América Móvil Group.
