Development of sales and negotiation skills. **We are a company dedicated to the sale and marketing of clothing and accessories.** We aim to incorporate into our sales team personnel with in-store sales knowledge, customer service experience, courteous conduct, understanding of customers’ product requirements, and a positive, dynamic, and proactive attitude. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience. \- Availability to work in RIMAC. \- Immediate availability. \- Cash handling or POS system operation (desirable). \- Store working hours. **Key Responsibilities include the following:** \- Collaborate closely with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure sales targets are achieved. \- Possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude to resolve problems and overcome challenges. \- Provide in-store customer service, offering store products and accessories. \- Retain existing customers and acquire new ones. \- Familiarize yourself with company products. \- Organize, plan, and execute sales objectives. \- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and questions respectfully, clearly, and promptly. \- Be responsible for displayed products. \- Perform restocking, folding, and bagging of clothing, products, and accessories. \- Carry out other duties assigned by the store or supervisor. **We Offer:** \- Honorarium for the first two (2\) months. \- Minimum salary S/1130 \+ overtime.
