Your purpose will be: To serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the technical team, ensuring an exceptional service experience from vehicle reception through final delivery. What will be your main responsibilities? * Reception: Receive vehicles and accurately record customer observations and requirements. * Management: Prepare work orders, generate quotations, and ensure follow-up on approvals. * Communication: Keep customers informed about service progress, delivery timelines, and budgets. * Scheduling: Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and organize the workshop’s appointment schedule. * After-sales: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Administration: Support invoicing and workshop documentation control. What are we looking for in you? * Technical or university education in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (prior experience in workshops, dealerships, or the automotive sector is highly valued). * Strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools (Office suite and management systems). * Residence in areas near La Molina / Molicentro (preferred). * Key competencies: Empathy, ability to solve problems under pressure, and commercial orientation (we seek someone who can convert customer doubts into sales!).
