Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial electrician technician with experience in maintaining industrial plants to ensure the proper operation of machinery and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in automation and process control in industrial plants. 2. Maintenance of industrial machinery, including motors and systems. 3. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Electrician Technician degree preferred but not mandatory (graduates from SENATI / TECSUP). * Must reside in nearby areas such as Puente Piedra, Ventanilla, Comas, Carabayllo, Independencia, San Martín de Porres, or Los Olivos. * Work certificates or employment verification documents and/or Certiadulto. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in industrial plants (polymer conversion and extrusion). * Knowledge of automation, preventive/corrective maintenance of blow molding machines, extruders, and sealing machines. * Age between 25 and 40 years. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * **Automation and Control:** Ability to interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams. Basic/advanced programming of **frequency inverters** (common brands such as ABB, Siemens, Delta) and **PLCs**. * **Plastic Process Control:** Diagnosis, calibration, and replacement of pyrometers, thermocouples, and temperature and pressure controllers in extrusion heads. * **Machinery Maintenance:** Repair of electric motors (AC/DC), servo motors, and heating resistance systems. * **Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems:** Maintenance of solenoid valves and pneumatic cylinders used in bag cutting and sealing processes. * **Industrial Installations:** Distribution panels, transformers, and grounding pits. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform tasks and operations on electrical systems applied to maintenance and control of industrial machinery and processes, utilizing electrical technology. * Carry out electrical and electronic maintenance tasks on plant equipment and repair electrical installations across other plant areas. * Conduct scheduled maintenance work. * Perform equipment inspection routes. * Respond to equipment failures during continuous production. SOFT SKILLS * **Problem-solving under pressure:** Ability to resolve unexpected mechanical-electrical faults that halt production lines. * **Attention to detail:** To ensure correct plastic thickness and proper sealing through supervision of the electrical system. * **Teamwork:** Constant coordination with Plant Managers, Machine Operators, and Mechanical Maintenance departments. \*Availability to work in Puente Piedra (2 blocks from Óvalo Zapallal, opposite Academia Aduni)**.** **Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM \- 4 PM; Lunch break: 1 PM \- 2 PM** **MYPE payroll starting from Day 1** Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
