Position Summary: We are seeking a field-based Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (ORPS) with experience to supervise high-risk work, conduct safety inspections, and manage administrative support functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of high-risk work and safety compliance 2. Documentation and reporting management for the Coordinator 3. Active participation in incident investigation and continuous improvement We are looking for a field-based ORPS to complement our team. Requirements **\- Minimum education level: Technical degree.** **\- Strong communication and writing skills.** **\- Teamwork orientation.** **\- Minimum 2 years of experience.** **1\. Field Responsibilities (Operational and Supervisory)** \- Supervision of High-Risk Work \- On-site validation and signing of work permits (PETAR) and safe job analyses (ATS) for critical activities (working at height, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, etc.). \- On-Site Safety Inspections \- Enforcement of PPE usage \- Leadership in the 5-Minute Safety Talk \- Initial Incident Response **2\. Office Responsibilities (Administrative and SIG Support)** \- Reporting and KPIs for the Coordinator \- Document control and mandatory recordkeeping \- Participation in incident investigations \- IPERC Matrix Updates Support the Coordinator in the technical review of the IPERC matrix, contributing up-to-date insights from daily field operations. \- Training Material Preparation \- Action Plan Follow-up Salary: S/.2,900.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
