Job Summary: At Naricitas Petshop, we are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide direct operational and administrative support to management, assist in information management across all departments, and execute reconciliations and reports. Thus, we are seeking top talent to fill the vacancy for: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct operational and administrative support to management. * Support and manage information with all company departments (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure timely fulfillment of assigned tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-ups on store operations activities. * Track all municipal documents required per store and maintain updated certifications for proper store operation. * Provide operational support at stores as needed (e.g., cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 – 1300 (microenterprise payroll system: SIS + 15 days vacation) * 50% bonus in July and December * Fixed holidays off * Career progression opportunities * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Partner establishment agreements and discounts * Discounts on purchases at any of our locations.
