Position Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct physical and mechanical testing, provide field support, manage data, and ensure quality in San Martín de Porres. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently expanding and seeking to hire a **Laboratory Technician** for our San Martín de Porres office. **Your mission in this role:** * **Technical execution:** Perform physical and mechanical tests on asphalt, concrete, rock, and soil samples. * **Field support:** Provide operational support during field sample collection and extraction activities. * **Data management:** Process collected data and prepare technical reports in official departmental formats. * **Quality Control (IMS):** Ensure all procedures strictly comply with the requirements of our Integrated Management System. * **Infrastructure care:** Maintain laboratory instruments and areas in clean, orderly, and fully operational condition. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Graduate of the Technical Program in Soil Laboratory (SENCICO), or Bachelor’s degree / final-year student in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum of **12 months** of prior experience as a Soil Laboratory Assistant; alternatively, **6 months** of direct experience as a Laboratory Technician in this field. * **Key competencies:** Proven, solid, and independent proficiency in standard tests (Proctor, consistency limits, gradation, etc.). * **Availability:** Full-time on-site work from Monday to Saturday in the district of San Martín de Porres (SMP). **What we offer you:** * Immediate payroll registration (REMYPE regime) from day one, including all legally mandated benefits. * Competitive salary aligned with current market standards. * Continuous technical training programs. * Job stability, an excellent working environment, and genuine opportunities for internal promotion within the company.
