Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for an accredited environmental laboratory, responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and the equipment maintenance program. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration. 2. Ensures compliance with the Quality Management System policy. 3. Identifies deviations and opportunities for improvement in procedures. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analytical services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR \- CALLAO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician in Environmental Technologies or Industrial Electronics, * Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, * NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 standard, * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, intermediate level), * Technical or basic English (optional) **Qualifications:** * Knowledge of handling, verification, and/or repair of laboratory equipment, * Knowledge of metrology / calibration. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement and ensure adherence to the company's Quality Management System policy and other Quality Management System guidelines, * Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or procedures related to maintenance services; take appropriate actions according to authority and report to immediate supervisor, * Update and support implementation of the Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Program, including verification of environmental monitoring equipment, * Update and maintain the inventory of equipment related to laboratory activities (Operations\-Testing Laboratory), * Coordinate and support preventive or corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment (autoclave, thermo-hygrometer, incubator, refrigerator, dehumidifier, oven, water bath, PM10, PM2\.5, etc.), * Perform verification and/or adjustment of laboratory equipment parameters (temperature, humidity, etc.) according to the maintenance schedule, * Coordinate execution of verifications and calibrations for Operations (OPE) equipment as required, * Prepare or coordinate issuance of preventive and/or corrective maintenance reports for Testing and Operations laboratory equipment based on services performed, * Substitute for the Maintenance Manager in specific tasks assigned, * Verify and ensure use of current formats such as equipment checklists (outbound and inbound) per received Service Order (SO), * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and inherent to the position.
