We seek a charismatic, communicative individual who is comfortable on camera, capable of hosting live broadcasts, interacting with viewers, and maintaining dynamic communication throughout each broadcast. **Main Responsibilities:** * Host live broadcasts on the company's digital platforms. * Interact with audience comments, questions, and reactions. * Maintain viewer attention and engagement. * Present information clearly, naturally, and entertainingly. * Participate in developing interactive formats and social media content. * Support idea generation for future broadcasts. **Requirements:** * Experience hosting live streams, presentations, or on-camera content. * Confidence and naturalness in communication. * Charisma, energy, and strong verbal expression. * Creativity and ability to improvise. * Ability to connect with diverse audiences. * Professional personal appearance. * Availability to work onsite in San Martín de Porres. **Conditions:** * Onsite work in San Martín de Porres. * Part-time. * Monday to Saturday. * 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * S/ 800 per month.
