




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Intern to provide operational and administrative support in managing vehicle units, maintenance activities, and indicator control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Track incidents and maintenance activities G4S Peru is looking for a Fleet Intern to provide project-based operational and administrative support for 3 months in vehicle unit management, maintenance, documentation, and area indicator control. REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is desirable. - Less than 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles related to Fleet. - Basic English language proficiency. - Availability to undertake professional internships for 3 months. · RESPONSIBILITIES: - Input data into the GPS system for the Geofencing Project implementation. - Support the Operations Analyst in monitoring and validating Hunter functionality. - Verify and apply deductions to employees in case of non-compliance with fleet policies. - Support the Analyst in processing traffic fine payments and verifying such fines. - Track incidents by verifying vehicle repairs, coordinating insurance coverage, and handling related documentation. - Report Geofencing KPIs to Management: Project Progress, Speeding Violations, Vehicles Off Route. - Review supporting documents for HES (Health, Environment, and Safety) related to preventive and corrective maintenance services. - Monitor speeding violations and coordinate corrective actions with Operations. - Ensure drivers complete the daily checklist. · BENEFITS -Salary: S/ 1205 gross -Medical insurance (FOLA) -Full statutory benefits for 3 months. -Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate years of experience Keywords: intern, trainee, scholarship holder, intern
